What started out for the business as a form connected to a Paypal selling single app licenses, soon transformed into a powerful, connected, and intelligent multi-offer shopping experience.
Before & After Product Landing Pages
Over several weeks, I worked with the team in agile, iterative sprint cycles to:
form a simple brand identity
resolve the sitemap, user flows & journeys, wireframes, UI designs
develop a modular components library, foundational design system, and template pages
integrate website services like payment processing, email marketing, google reviews, tracking & analytics
create new multi-app products & packaging, and sales campaigns e.g. exit intent popups, personalised email offers, etc

Used site traffic analytics, click events, heatmaps and session recordings to inform design decisions
Listening to early customer feedback and observing site session data, we identified the need for discounted bundle offers.
Building on the current single-app only offering, we structured 2 additional products: a mid-tier 2+1 combo, and a premium lifetime, all apps deal.
To make bundles a more compelling option, and to organise the growing catalog of apps, we used a category tags derived from existing app metadata to group complementary apps.
We then devised a multi-step trigger-point strategy to surface these bundles, and the possible combinations of apps at key points in the user journey: the category page, the app detail page, and and checkout page.
