Built workflow management products and services for 13 individual internal product teams at the world-leading AI/SaaS automation platform.
- Conducted interviews with designers, researchers, and product managers on their workflows and user journeys, informing the design of a bespoke internal app for leadership to manage resource requests and planning.

Lead designer inside a rapid response squad for the Innovation unit responsible for the discovery of 3 new enterprise supply chain technology products.
- Organised cross-functional co-design workshops between developers and executive customers like Amazon, Siemans, and BMW to build trust, shared ownership, and realise products faster.
- Designed the information architecture, user-flows and journeys, wireframes and UIs for an Asset Tracking Dashboard, a Shipment Visibility portal, and a Warehouse Inventory Management System.

- Led the UX work for the mobile app redesign of Australia’s largest health insurer serving 2M users; which included facilitating co-design workshops, mapping end-to-end user journeys and flows, and prototyping high-fidelity UIs for engineering handover
- Optimised, over a series of split/ab usability tests, the website navigation and information architecture for a state university website; resulting in a 44% increase in successful task completions.

Design-team-of-one at a cybersecurity startup; supporting marketing and engineering teams with mobile, web, and brand design.
- Established a design testing lab to build greater customer empathy and enable data-driven decisions for product teams
